Hey hey, South Bay! Are you ready for Super Bowl Sunday 2019? This year, you can watch the Rams and the Patriots face off at El Segundo’s brand new Slice and Pint. For those of you who aren’t football fans, don’t sweat it. This weekend is also gearing up for So Cal’s annual free museum day and several low-cost workshops and yoga meetups. Goga in Gundo
WHAT: For a lighthearted yoga class, why not get some help from a live goat? GOGA is taught by a certified yoga instructor for 1-hour, followed by 30-45 minutes for hanging out with the goats for photos, petting, feeding, and afternoon happy hour delights! The pool will also be open.
WHEN: Saturday, February 2nd from 10 am – 2 pm
WHERE: Aloft El Segundo- 475 Pacific Coast Highway El Segundo

WHAT: All levels vinyasa flow class will clear your mind, set you on the right track for the week and help you solve your worries. Class led by Jessie Lee. Don’t forget to wear sunblock and dress in layers!
