Renowned builder D.R. Horton has developed a series of townhomes located at 540 E Imperial Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245. We recently had an opportunity to preview three of the 12 floor plans – they will go fast! (two sold this past weekend)

Our Tour of the Townhomes at Waypointe in El Segundo
I entered the property with an open mind curious to see if the architect had squeezed in as much as possible or if they were tasteful in their design. I have to hand it to these architects. They took great care in their design and it shows. The ceiling heights, window placements, and abundance of natural light that was pouring in was fabulous.
We toured two end units that faced LAX and Imperial Highway. The presence of the airport is impossible to miss, but with additional sound proofing efforts made, the noise levels were not noticeable and the views were great. So much to see at all times and the trees that line Imperial Ave adding to the setting made both units feel great.
Two Waypointe El Segundo Towhomes sold this past weekend – HOA dues are tentatively set at $332 per month.
