“Yoga is wonderful to practice outdoors, we are lucky to be living next to the ocean, so let us take advantage of this luxury and connect with nature! The reason I choose yoga over any other form of exercise is that it’s not just good for your figure…but for your skin, brain, internal organs, nervous system AND your soul.

These donation only classes will be open to all levels, especially welcoming new yogis and grow to more and more classes per week as well as include voluntary meditation and beach hangouts after 1 hour classes, so you can meet like-minded people. You have everything to gain, join us! :)”
