We sat down with Rob Croxall, Founder of El Segundo Brewing Company, to discuss his new endeavor, El Segundo Brewing Company – The Slice And Pint restaurant which opens in 3-4 months in the heart of Downtown El Segundo (across from Good Stuff) and will proudly serve El Segundo Brewing Company’s beer – Rob promises details won’t be spared on the menu with fresh local produce and pizza that brings families back for more.
Born and raised in El Segundo, Rob Croxall is extremely passionate about El Segundo – he named his first company in honor of El Segundo and wants to continue the recognition in naming the new restaurant.
Rob is very involved in El Segundo Girls Softball and consistently donates to events and local teams – he wanted another place for families to gather after games and to host family-friendly events.
The tap room at El Segundo Brewing Company has been a hit for adults – Rob says his main focus with this new restaurant is family & kids. The new restaurant will have a decent-sized family room with games and large community-style tables.
Rob says the construction of the new location should take three to four months with an anticipated opening sometime around September/October. Rob likes the brick design of the building and will work around it to add finishing touches while respecting the original design.
