Blood, sweat and tears have brought the ESGS 14U All-Stars to this moment – they play today, 7/26/19, at 1:45 pm in a Tournament stacked with 40 teams in the Western Nationals.
They started the tournament with a win (5-4), unfortunately losing their following game in the Double-Elimination Tournament.
ESGS 14U All-Stars VS Temecula Valley 7/26

Thursday’s game against Temecula Valley was a heartbreaker for ESGS 14U All-Stars, as they lost the lead late in an 11-6 defeat.
Despite the loss, the ESGS 14U All-Stars collected eight hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Temecula Valley had eight hits on the way to victory.
ESGS 14U All-Stars fired up the offense in the first inning, when Maleah McCarther doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.
Roxanne Fusco was in the circle for ESGS 14U All-Stars. She lasted two and a third innings, allowing three hits and five runs while striking out two. Ella Luthro threw two-thirds of an inning out of the bullpen.
ESGS 14U All-Stars saw the ball well today, racking up eight hits in the game. McCarther and Leyla Raman each managed multiple hits for the ESGS 14U All-Stars. McCarther went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the ESGS 14U All-Stars in hits.
