A tradition organized by El Segundo Cub Scouts Pack 968 since 1981, 78 scouts from El Segundo, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and San Pedro participated in the event that took place on Grand Ave. from 9:30 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
