If you have achieved success in your career we invite you to join our growing team of El Segundo professionals who are donating their time and expertise to guide our youth into choosing careers in which 1. they will be good at and 2. the will enjoy. Our goal is to create as many options as possible for El Segundo youth – THEY will choose which Mentor they want to learn from. Our job is to streamline the onboarding process, package up your Mentorship curriculum, and supplement what you provide with other resources that will help them succeed. This year, eGundo.com will donate 75% of the cost of the program to the El Segundo Education Foundation!
