24th Annual Family Campout
WHAT: There’s no need to drive far for a funtastic family camping experience! Enjoy a nearby nature experience at Polliwog, with family games, a bounce house, arts and crafts, and a night under the stars. Wake up bright and early on Sunday to take part in the Annual Fishing Derby!
WHEN: Saturday, May 18th at 1:30 pm to Sunday, May 19th at 10:30 am
WHERE: Begg Field- 1402 North Peck Avenue, Manhattan Beach, California 90266
DETAILS: Registration is $35 per resident, $38 per non-resident. Children ages 2 and under are free. Event fills quickly, so register ASAP. Price includes dinner, Sunday breakfast, and additional refreshments.
Tour de Pier
WHAT: The 7th Annual Tour de Pier brings the best indoor fitness trends straight to the waterfront. Get a great workout on one of over 400 stationary bikes, guided by the South Bay’s top instructors. The event also includes a Health and Fitness Expo, live music, and a Cardio Kids Zone.
WHEN: Sunday, May 19th from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

GWPOP Peace Talks Event
WHAT: Good World Power of Peace is hosting a live talk for teens and millennials about generating peace within and without. Enjoy art, music, and tasty food samples. Stay all day or just stop by and listen for a bit!
