What’s up, El Segundo? With a visit from the Easter Bunny just a few days away, we hope you’re ready for some egg hunting, brunch-going fun! This weekend, the South Bay has everything from free art classes, to rooftop yoga, to Easter events spanning from Redondo to our very own Recreation Park. On Easter Sunday, you can also try out tasty brunch specials at Flemings, (hello, brioche French toast!) or any of these great South Bay eateries. Enjoy!
3. Try a New Class
ESMoA: Just Draw
WHAT: Love to draw? Visit El Segundo Museum of Art to test your hand at various art techniques in a free, guided workshop. All materials are provided.
WHEN: Every Friday from 10 – 11 am
WHERE: ESMoA- 208 Main St, El Segundo
DETAILS: The Just Draw program is for adults only. Feel free to attend regularly or drop in when you can!
Beach Yoga
WHAT: Peace out with an all-levels vinyasa flow class on the beach taught by Jessie Lee.
WHEN: Saturday, April 20th at 10 am
WHERE: El Segundo Beach- 30225 W Grand Ave Parking, Playa Del Rey
DETAILS: Event is on the beach, so bring an extra layer in case it gets chilly. Wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget your yoga mat! Donations are encouraged.
Rooftop Yoga
WHAT: Join Skyspace for a Get Lit! Yoga Party. Enjoy wellness and lifestyle pop-up shops, special giveaways, cocktails, yoga, and a 360-degree sunset view. Take a ride down the Skyslide for an extra adrenaline boost!
WHEN: Saturday, April 20th at 4 pm
WHERE: OUE Skyspace LA- 633 West 5th Street #840, Los Angeles
DETAILS: Admission is $25 per person and includes a discounted parking rate and a ride on the Skyslide. Event proceeds benefit the Cancer Warrior Foundation.
