Calling all high-schoolers! This weekend, Vistamar School is hosting their 12th Annual Multicultural Fair to help teens explore their options for the road ahead. For everyone else, the South Bay is gearing up for Halloween, big time! Check out what’s in store this weekend below.

BeachLife Backyard Games
WHAT: Come play on the beach with all the locals, and BeachLife will donate $1000 to local charities! It’s free to enter, including live music and a lawnbowling afterparty at Hermosa Beach Lawnbowling Club!

Manhattan Movie Nights
WHAT: What better way to watch a movie than out on the grass of a gorgeous golf course? Head over to Manhattan to watch a spooky showing of Ghostbusters, with live music and scrumptious food trucks!
WHEN: Saturday, October 19th starting at 5:30 pm
WHERE: Westdrift Golf Course- 1400 Park View Avenue, Manhattan Beach
DETAILS: The PG-rated movie is 1 hour 45 minutes long. Tickets are available for purchase from Street Food Cinema starting at $15/person. Dogs under 20 lbs are welcome.
Sunscreen Film Festival West
WHAT: Presented by the Sunscreen Film Festival and the Hermosa Beach Historical Society, viewers are invited to watch a selection of films from several countries. Screenings will run all weekend, ending in a special Awards Ceremony!

Nelson’s Sound Series at Terranea Resort
WHAT: Enjoy stunning views and tasty margaritas at the scenic Terranea Resort, all while painting a special mandala stone. Participants will be guided by a spiritual wellness coach to understand the ancient art.
