History
“So, which one of you is Britt?” We get that a lot. The short answer is none of us here. Brittany Cail, the namesake of our restaurant, was the 19-year-old daughter of Tracy Cail, one of our co-owners. Brittany and Tracy had dreamed of opening a business together, but her life was tragically cut short in a traffic accident in 2008. The Cail and Kovar families have now joined together to establish something we know she would be proud to be a part of, in a place where she would have enjoyed being part of the community.
