The South Bay is known as a thriving, active community, and this Sunday’s eagerly anticipated bike race is a prime example. The 57th Annual Manhattan Beach Grand Prix, sponsored by Chevron, is a time-honored tradition.
The event combines our support of healthy lifestyles, friendly competition, and community connection. Though the course is only 1.3 miles in length, it’s become a right of passage for So-Cal cyclists. The activities will run on the 22nd from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Awards include medals and impressive cash prizes! Festivities also include a Chevron Kids’ Zone, free for all kids 2-12 years of age from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Families can take part in face painting and games, try out the photo booth, and munch on classic fair food!
