4. Yoga at the Beach

“Get sandy, get bendy, get strong! Kick off your weekend with a Saturday morning vinyasa flow led by Tim McCall and designed for anyone interested in strengthening, energizing and having fun.

Tim is RYT 200hr with more than 15 years experience and is a licensed physical therapist. He has taught here in South Bay and in Aspen, Colorado, and enjoys guiding all levels of yoga students.

Yoga @ The Beach is free but contributions are absolutely accepted to help compensate our fantastic teacher! (Venmo handle Timothy-McCall)

Class will gather at 8 am at the HB Pier Tim Kelly Lifeguard Memorial (the surfer statue) and we’ll start flowing on the sand at 8:15 am. Come prepared to stretch, meditate, move and sweat! We’ll complete our 60-75 minute practice with a post-savasana dunk in the waves! (optional:)
